Chad is a 24-year-old editorial cartoonist from Laguna and a founder of editorial cartoon page “MULAT“. He is the former cartoonist of a “People’s Bulletin” local newspaper. He is also a mentor in editorial cartooning for several schools in Laguna, Philippines.
