Joseph Ralgie Bansiloy is a Cebuano cartoonist. With a cartooning journey starting in 2016, he has participated in Regional and National School P0ress Conferences. Presently, he holds the position of Senior Cartoonist at Ang Taga, the official student publication of Cebu Technological University – Moalboal Campus.
