In this editorial cartoon, the illegal recruitment of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) takes center stage. A cunning crow, symbolizing illegal recruiters, swoops down, snatching an OFW away from the Philippines. The dark silhouette of the crow captures the deceitful nature of illegal recruitment, highlighting the need to protect Filipino workers from the predatory practices that often lead to exploitation and hardship abroad. #FactsFirstPH
